Food products
Expired products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or not as shown in the image in the online store. The products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Container
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. If you exceed the 30 day policy, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will send you a message confirming whether we can give you a full refund. Your refund will be processed once your items have passed inspection. Credits will automatically be applied to your original payment method. It may take 2 to 30 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.

How to return your package
If you have decided to return your purchase please send an email to

info@gaza-drinks.com with your order number and your reason for returning your order. We will then email you a digital version of your return packaging label which you must print and attach to the package on top of the old label. You will not be charged for the return of your package.
